Installation and Requirments
SBML2TikZ requires an implementation of the .NET Base Class Library and the ECMA Common Language Infrastructure (CLI). Because SBML2TikZ was designed for use with LaTeX, it is also recommended that the user has a working LaTeX installation, If this is not the case, MikTeX is a convenient distribution for Windows, while TeX Live is a popular distribution for Linux. MacTeX is also available for OSX users. More information on where to download these TeX distributions can be found here.
The PGF/TikZ package for TeX used by SBML2TikZ is available with most modern TeX distributions. In the event the user does not have PGF/TikZ, they can rely on their TeX distribution to automatically install the package or manually download and install the package from
