This page gives directions to downloading SBML2TikZ. Additional information on obtaining a TeX system for use with SBML2TikZ can be found on the Installation and Requirements page.
 
Windows
A setup file for Windows users can be downloaded at http://code.google.com/p/sbml2tikz/downloads/list listed as:
 
setup.exe
 
Downloading and installing setup.exe will provide access to the executables SBML2TikZ_GUI and SBML2TikZ_Console, both of which can be used to generate PGF/TikZ vector graphics from SBML. Both executables also depend on the .NET Framework or an alternative implementation such as Mono.
 
Linux/OSX
A .zip file containing the executables SBML2TikZ_GUI and SBML2TikZ_Console can also be downloaded at http://code.google.com/p/sbml2tikz/downloads/list listed as:
 
SBML2TikZ.zip
 
The file can be extracted to a desired directory, and the executables can be run directly. Both executables also depend on the .NET Framework or an alternative implementation such as Mono.
